Vital Health was created in 2022 by Jacob and Nicole Spellis, a husband-and-wife team who saw the gaps in their community’s access to quality behavioral health and primary care. With Jacob’s background in social work and Nicole’s nursing expertise, they built a practice where healthcare is personal, compassionate, and life-changing.
What started with five employees has grown into a thriving organization of more than fifty professionals dedicated to one mission: to deliver incomparable behavioral healthcare rooted in compassion, expertise, and innovation.
