We have the school based day treatment. Vital health offers a program that provides a combination of therapeutic services and evaluation within the traditional school setting to your student’s exhibiting emotional and behavioral concerns that hinder their ability to function successfully in the school environment. We will provide a therapist and case manager to work with your students in the educational setting to decrease disruptive behavior, increase focus, assist students in exhibiting age appropriate classroom behavior, and other emotional/behavioral needs. We will utilize evidence-based therapeutic
techniques. The goal of our school based day Treatment services is to support students and teachers, allowing all students to learn and teachers to teach. Having staff in the school running therapeutic groups and on stand by for interventions when they arise without disrupting any academic flow.
Community Psychiatrist Support Treatment Program (CPST)
Community support workers for adults, children and adolescents collaborate with the client and family to identify, develop and coordinate the formal and informal resources within the community and assist in accessing and coordinating a wide range of services. They work with clients and families in the home and community and focus on client and family strengths. Community support workers are part of the multidisciplinary team that helps to develop creative, individualized treatment plans. Community support services are provided on an individual basis; will vary with respect to hours, type and intensity of services,
depending on the changing needs of the individual. The persons served are linked to services and resources to achieve objectives as identified in their person-centered plan (ITP). Personnel providing services have a working knowledge of the: (a) services that are appropriate for the needs of the persons served and (b) support systems that are relevant to the lives of the persons served.
