We accept referrals from healthcare professionals, community agencies, and families, as well as self-referrals from individuals ready to begin their recovery.

Admission Requirements

To maintain safety and therapeutic integrity across all programs, clients must meet the following criteria:

General Admission Criteria

  • Must be at least 18 years old for adult programs (youth programs available for ages 12–17).
  • Must complete an intake and clinical assessment with Vital Health staff.
  • Must demonstrate medical stability for participation in outpatient or housing programs.
  • Must agree to maintain sobriety and follow all program guidelines.
  • Must commit to participation in assigned therapeutic and educational activities.

For Recovery Housing Admission

  • Active participation in a recovery program or treatment plan.
  • Willingness to live in a structured, substance-free environment.
  • Agreement to regular drug screenings and house meetings.
  • Demonstrated readiness for community-based living.

Our admissions team evaluates each client holistically to ensure the program selected aligns with their physical, emotional, and recovery needs.
